Vx3i vs z3

how does the leupold vx3i chalk up to the swarovski z3? I already have the leupold but I'm thinking of swapping it out. Worth the money or better off saving for something else?

not only the glass but also the reticle plays a role in that. i have a vari x III in german 1 that is better for my eyes than the new vx3i with duplex or bc reticles.

i do not know how the z3 is but i always preferred the high end in those brands but i do not have the use anymore.
