Vz .223 Just got back from movie arms

New problem since getting rifle back from movie arms. Top portion of brass remains in breach. Next round Chambers into broken section Of brass. Is this headspace issue? Previous problem was brass reaching the moon That problem has be tame down But has left me with this new issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Send these pics and an explanation of the problem to movie arms. The warranty work is not done yet. If it happens with other ammo then it is most likely a timing issue. I.e. bolt opening too soon before the brass springs back and releases from the chamber walls. Being over gassed or under sprung can cause this but that is not set in stone as other factors affect how the brass reacts to everything it goes through while firing. Send it back.
 
uh oh, my rifle is over there right now getting warranty work, hopefully it comes back 100% legit and not have to send it back out again.....

Ya this^. Try some quality ammo in it before complaining again. Quality of Norc ammo runs from not bad for plinking to absolutely crap! I refuse to buy any of it in bulk because of the QC issues. I do have some though but I shoot it very little.
 
I have been using this ammo for quite some time now In three different rifles With no issues. The vz in question did not have this problem prior to the Ejection repair. This new problem has showed up within 30 rounds. I have shot 200-300 rounds through it without this new problem Prior to sending it away.

Winchester 45 grain hollowpoint same condition. So I don't think I have ammunition problems. Back in the box off it goes.

Ah! That is a problem then. Too bad! Nothing worse than a problem gun. Gets very frustrating. I would have got someone to measure headspace before sending it back for repairs. Just to see for myself if the headspace is good or bad before they touched it again.
