VZ-52/57 parts

Hello!
One of the great CGN members sold me a very good Czech VZ-52/57 rifle.

I'm looking for a front sight hood and a buttplate cover to restore it to "as issued status".
Do you know where in Canada I could find VZ-52/57 parts? I located some south of the border but got an answer that "it is now a felony to send milsurp parts outside the U.S. frontiers"...
Even for such innocuous parts such as these?!?? Come on! don't tell me Obama's minions are already at work, please!
UPDATE: THOSE PARTS AREN'T ON THE VERBOTEN LIST.
Problem is, some sellers south of the border still stick to that belief...

Indeed paulz, they list quite a lot, but have you tried reaching Sarco's ONLY rep who deals with "international orders"? I've had a really really hard time! Hopefully, they will deliver on their promise of "Soon to come, Electronic Commerce" advertizement...

Numrich has the outer buttplates.Buy some other stuff there as well as minimum shipping is brutal for small bits now. I'm guessing you've tried Markus Kubes already?

Kubes won't ship north any more....

Yes, I contacted Mark Kubes and I guess he's fed up with the hoops and hurdles to jump just for some mere parts; he doesn't ship anymore...
Numrich has the outer butt plates but the front sight hoods are sold out.
I will have to check my list of needed parts to get sufficient value or they'll screw me to the floor with shipping fees. anyone needs some other milsurp parts?
