VZ-52/57 take-down (work in progress)

That tends to confirm that the first generation of 7,62x45 rifles were manufactured mainly in Uhersky Brod, the conversion and complete 7,62x39 ones being made in Povasta Bystrica.
I would be curious to know how many VZ-52/57 are marked AYM.

Still backwards SHE were made by CZ in UB Morovia. AYM was from PB.

Unfortunately, even though I have had at least three of them, none had the real original cleaning kit within the stock. Sometimes, there's even a piston scraping tool in it.
If one of you folks has one of these kits to spare, I'd really be happy to buy it.

I have one like it and NSP-2 IR unit that mounts on that rail. Is your rifle matching on all the numbered parts?

Nope. Welded to the frame with perfection. I really do enjoy looking at all the workmanship that went into these guns

Fugly they are but I had to make it complete. Seems like these are the only 52/57s (IR snipers that is) that show up matched.
