How about getting rid of that stamp,pinning them to 5 capacity so they may be legal for Canadian market.

try AL FLAHERTY'S... CSA VZ58/cz 858 short 5 rounders in stock, they are not polymere mags, they're metal:)

Personally.. I think if a product is sold out .. it should disappear from the website until it is available again.. cause it is just teasing.

Its the big long magazine that scares the poop out of the Liberals.

Crap sorry, forgot to check. I picked up a couple the last time I was in there, but that was a couple of months ago. Maybe worth a call and see if his online inventory matches his wall inventory :)

I want to understand why ARs can use 10 rounders and VZs can't. LAR 15 pistols exist in Canada therefore LAR 15 ten rounders are available. VZ58 pistols do not exist in Canada therefore no 10 rounders are available. Is that it?

Doesn't it matter that VZ58 pistols exist in other parts of the world? What if I had a gunsmith convert me a vz58 rifle to pistol? Would RCMP apply the "principle" that once a rifle receiver, always a rifle receiver? What if westrifle made vz58 pistols from scratch with brand new parts made Canada?

IIRC there was a guy who tried to import and have a pistol classified and was denied the classification or something of the sort.

There was, basically it was a 7.5 or 11 inch VZ 58 that has the stock removed and a sling swivel screwed into the stock hole. The RCMP decided that didnt qualify as a pistol since it was originally a rifle. If someone makes a purpose built pistol on a pistol reciever we would be able to have 10 round mags.
