vz 58 mag adapter.

i have one in my rifle it has no wiggle at all, also that hole pictured is meant to fit around a clip that retains the pin that holds th mag release and bolt hold open in place which appears to be missing in your photo (or maybe its the lighting) if thats the case it could be causing your wiggle.Hi.
I bought a vz58 in .223 from a fellow CGNer. Ive never owned a vz or cz before so just need some help.
The mag adapter has some very slight wiggle to it, normal? and is there supposed to be a screw here as pictured?

No, Its the magazine catch safety pin. its to prevent the pin for the mag release and bolt hold open from caming out it is used it the origional configuration as well. its removed for the installation but it's supposed to go back before the mag well is inserted. That hole was a confusing feature to me as well I suspect that csa bored th hole all the way through the adapter instead of making a dimple or something to save on production cost.
