VZ 58 Scope Mount

All csa rifles are tapped from the factory so no need for a smith. Any other variant will need a smith to drill amd tap the receiver unless you have the tools and knowledge. Not a hard job for myself but others I would advise getting a smith to do it

Welp, so much for saving money this month. :d Just put my order in, been waiting for a Canadian supplier to get the low mounts for a while now.

Was gonna say if you don't want to waste money don't bother with CSA mounts. You have to buy the mount itself for $60 and then you have to buy what should be a $14 little rail for $70 to screw onto the side of the receiver before you can use your mount. So they have basically broken one item into 2 pieces and are getting double out of you what they should be and for the price you pay for the gun those little receiver rails should be tucked into the cleaning kit at the factory. I would suggest a BC tactical scout mount that replaces the rear sight leaf.

Heard from the lawyer last week.

We are very nearly at the point where we can show you what it is we have planned. Final prototypes being made this week in order to work out a few final details. Once I get the final word from the lawyer we should be able to give some more info.

I want the RS Regulate VZ-304... It's lower and slimmer.

No one has imported the yet, sadly. I just bought the CSA mount as a stop-gap.

But we want it now!!

I have a question for you guys, how well do the CSA low profile side mounts hold zero? Just the mount, let's assume the mount for the optic is high quality and properly installed. I bought one and really like it so far, but if they hold zero well I want to pick up another so I can switch between optics at the range if I need/want to, save some money on optic mounts lol. Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased a dust cover replacement rail from corwin (Hurry fast, these are the last ones they will have if they aren't gone already). It's rock solid and stable and is supposed to hold zero after removal for cleaning, but I've found that my Sightmark is sitting high and I need to find a riser for the M4 stock on it to make it comfortable again. I'm gonna have to stop by Prophet this afternoon and see if Eli can help me out with that.
