Besides he's asking how it's prevented, not how to undo it. The semantics make it a %100 legitimate question in my books.

So here goes:
From the pictures you've posted.

Niether gun has the atuo-sear installed.

The CZ prevents full auto by preventing the installation of the auto-sear. The green outlines blocks in the later pics prevent the installation.

The CZH prevents full auto by preventing the installation of the auto-bolt carrier. Ala why your CZ bolt carriers won't fit in your CZH.
