  • It is a beauty as it comes, and a must have, since it drives Libs bonkers.

Bought the VZ-58 sling from Marstar...thing is so damn long and there doesn't appear to be any way to adjust it...anyone experienced the same thing?

funny, the sling i got with mine (VZ858) is so short it wont even reach the sling points. one end is sewn up, looks to be a mistake.

Mine is sewn up as well, no way to make it shorter. Hmmm.

I got a muzzle brake from Dlask too. Helps muzzle rise significantly. There is one problem though, the recoil now drives the stock into my cheek bone really f#$kin hard. It hurts my tender face.

Any of you guys experience this?

So none of you guys have noticed the cheek bone crushing syndrome thing? I thought maybe it was the shape of the stock. I get less cheek bone crush with the muzzle brake off.

my sling is original slovak and czech army sling. There is buckle that can be with certain level of difficulty moved forward or backward to adjust length. There is sewed leather end /one end/ and also is sewed center of the buckle /second end/. If I would put out aluminium knob from leather, I could pull the sling through buckle /very difficult to make and also hard to put back !!!!/ and it would be straight sling. I do not know how where canadian imported slings changed.
