Q: Considering this monster thread, what do you think of the VZ-58 type rifle?

  • It is a beauty as it comes, and a must have, since it drives Libs bonkers.

Sorry if this has been covered but the search function blows goats.

My folding stock is extremely hard to fold/unfold. The little button will only depress with lots of effort and even then only when it feels like it. The center piece of the button looks partially unscrewed (a thread and a 1/2 showing), could this be the problem? No luck trying to tighten that screw in, I'm assuming its a hex head but its stripped round.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Where did you get the wood furniture and AK stock? Have you thought about adapting an AK grip for it as well? Did you paint it black or have it parked?

PS ;) Is that some kind of Swiss or Bundeswehr type of helmet?:p And on the right shoulder, isn't that the caption part of a bionic ear?:D I wonder what are the tactical advantages of that...:dancingbanana::runaway:

Mine was troublesome when I got it too... I wound up filing the end of the foldable piece down a little at a time until it functioned correctly. As to the bolt inside the button, I don't have any comment, but I can say that my experience was completely unrelated to that part of the system.
