VZ-58's m-43 vs 5.56 accuracy?

Which has proven to be more accurate, the new 5.56 or the m-43 round version? I can only attest to the standard 58. At 200 standing I can hit a gong easily. Well a Czech rifle chambering a Czech made round....

One foot diameter. Not exactly 1MOA but it is combat range and accuracy.

At 100 yards I can hit a pop can standing with iron sights no problem.
