VZ/CZ - NEA Railed Adapter

PerversPépère:

Sir if I may, Centurion Arms makes a set of C4 "Diopter" Sights (HK type sights) that will fit on an AR, and I belive you can even get the front sigth "blade" with a tritum insert. I see no reason why they would not work very well in this application as long as they were all on the same "plane"

Regards

AbH

PS:

Just in case your wondering they look like this:

Well you know what they say, some times by helping others, you help your self!!:)

Feeling the love tho.................:D:D:D

Well I think they would work very well as well, especially on a shorty!!! But hey, what do I know!!

Yes, that's quite the sight I envisioned.
The only thing to watch would be tailoring the adapter base to bring the sight block at the right height. CZ-858's front post can be screwed/unscrewed to bring the sight to primary zero so that should not be a very difficult task for a good machinist to mill out a correct part.
What worries me a bit though is where to get the correct elevation drum for 7,62x39: the 223's trajectory is quite different...
PP. :)

I wanna make the AR boys cry when they see my 58 with a UBR on a folding adapter

all in good time. I think i have to many projects in the works. Last time i checked it was just over 25, one of them being large, complete and new..................... and black

You make a good point, but you did ask, and as far as I know, that would be the closest fit. That being said, my knowledge of AR Stuff is far from complete. I'm not sure HK makes a carbine/rifle in 7.62 *39, but if they did, the "drum" should be transferable. However "should" is a funny would I have learned to really dislike.

You could always drop CA a line, or give them a call and see what they have to say about it.

Regards and all the best

I seen Charles gun and held it with the in line stock adapter and flip up iron site. It felt really good you guys are in for a treat when these hit the shelves.

pic on the rifle? can i get a full size scope?

not yet, and yes. The next time anyone see's it, it will be in a soon to be released video involving 200+ yard shots, multiple break downs proving repeat zero and midgets............ well maybe not the midgets.........

oooo now this is what ive been waiting for, i really need to get on a list for this baby. maybe a 3x magnifier is in the future now.

I have been researching for hours and i have come to an idea of how to set up my vz. I'm thinking of getting an aimpoint micro for the front rail and cowitness it, and when this product comes out, i scratched the idea of a 3xmag and figured id get a Leupold vx3 2.5-8x OR ZEISS Conquest 3x9 scope for more magnification for my money than a 3x. Since the front rail removes so easy and retains zero, ill just carry my other top hand guard with me and remove the front optics and put them in a pouch and since the rear rail is quick detach to ill be able to attach the Leupold. Best of both worlds assuming it will work. Then i have optics to get both jobs done.

It does work, the video will be out shortly. We also have a riser for the uppr hand guard so the rear quick release rail and the upper hand guard can be used together.

I've been playing with NEA's adaptor this morning with my Custom C-More 1-5x scope over the back; I had to make a custom base to mount it, but I believe that the American defence mount will be a nice fit. I put a few hundred rounds out this morning and liked the ergonomics of this rifle with a good scope. The VZ is turning into something new entirely.. This mount is going to change the game I think, it's the best option I've played with (including the half-dozen rear mounts I've done).

Best of all, no drilling, tapping, gluing, loctiting or welding to get that scope over the rear. I think there's going to be something to this.
