VZ Flat Single Spring? One Missing?

My VZ is missing a tine on a flat spring that ought to have two. It appears to have been unceremoniously clipped off. There is a long shard poking up like a broken tooth. Why would this be done? I have never had any stoppages with the little rifle but I was just wondering about this. Search function here is not too good.

Not an expert but that's the way all the civy versions are. The dual springs you see in pics are for the full auto trigger group.

I might be wrong and someone who really knows should chime in soon.

Its normal,my 858 is that way too. The spring has been cutoff since was only needed in full auto rifle.
