The rifle is a CSA 11" 7.62x39. but the problem actually lies with the BC tactical handguard.
ok so I was at the range recently and while firing, the top handguard popped out of place. the handguard pin managed to slip out (rather flew out).
upon further examination the detent that is supposed to be holding the pin in place appears to be "stuck" deep in the shaft it rests in and i need some ideas how to get it out. it doesnt appear to be broken but it cannot be depressed or poked out with anything i've tried.
note *it is a BC tactical pressure fit handguard* i didnt have any problems during initial installation and everything worked fine.
any ideas would be appreciated.
