VZ24 crest

The crest is in great condition but not white. Were some built with the lion coloured white and mine is just worn off?

mine is black. If you color it make sure paint can come off after as some collectors don't like that.

Thanks for the reply. I have no intention of colouring it just trying to figure out why I see so many coloured white.

Some collectors apply a white tire crayon and wipe it onto the markings so they can be seen more clearly. I don't do this to any of my milsurps though.
