VZ58 223 non-restricted - where?

Who is selling them these days? Wolverine doesn't list any CSA non-restricted in 223. Can't find it at any of the usual suspects.

Out of stock unfortunately. And I thought Wolverine was no longer involved in importing them. I found references to other places, but none list the longer barrel.

North Pro Sports in Saskatoon has one or two kicking around.

Give them a call, I'm pretty sure they thought they were "CZ-858's" because they gave it too me for $689.00,.... you don't find new CSA non restricted .223 vz-58's for that price .

i own a non rest 7.62 cz 858(love it!)..allways thought it was the same as the vz,(actually i thought the vz was the restricted shortened barrell cz858...so now i GOTTA buy a vz too? HELP!

No they just have the one they call it cz 58 in .223 but its a vz58 hehehe

OK SO THE RESTRICTED cz 858 is called the vz? and to make it even more confusing for us,is the vz the one with the chrome lined barell(like MARSTAR USED to have?

CZ 858 is a civilian, sporting-purpose model of the Vz. 58 made by Ceska Zbrojovka; and is a non-restricted in 7.62x39. It varies from the CSA and... what ever the other company is that makes the restricted models.

CSA (and the other company) make several Vz. 58 "copies", if you will, in both .223 and 7.62x39 and are generally equipped with short, chrome-lined barrels. They also produce a long barreled version evidently. These are not a CZ 858s, as they are not produced by Ceska Zbrojovka, but rather Czech Small Arms.
