Exactly. I fight them every fukin year on their bull#### increase. I dont give a #### if they think its worth more, not like i'm looking to move anytime soon.

That being said, some of the prices I've seen from retailers for the VZ's are almost twice as high . IDK if people are buying them at that price, though. I seem to see a lot of stock......

I believe these were the 'junk' ones that Wolverine blew out as Final Sale, as they were the dreaded CSA f@ckups.

Hopefully CSA ironed out their QC problems, as they are asking $1300+ for a VZ58 and people seem to be paying it...

Correct me if I'm wrong but If I remember correctly they wouldn't work with the mag well adapter but were the same otherwise?

These were over gassed. Snapping pistons and breaking bolts. A continued problem that plagues some 5.56x45 rifles even today. Stick to the 7.62x39.

This ^. The 223 models were a total sh!tshow back then... I've read about the overgassing issue in the 7.62 version as well. There was a time frame that CSA was having a ton of QC issues.

The over gassing issues were from 2013 and before as far as I know. All 223's and some x39's were affected. My 2014 223 has been great

I bought mine 2 years ago and sent it to warranty for piece of mind. It came back with nothing wrong and everything are within spec.

Times change. The dollar has tanked and inflation happens.

The existing, limited supply already in Canada will continue to increase in value.

Mags are plenty around. You have a choice between 20 CAD (little bit used) up to 40 CAD (new) plus taxes and transport.
