I'm looking at getting the bipod from corwin-arm, but I'm just wondering how it mounts to the barrel? By the looks of things it seems like it slides on where the bayonet would go, am I correct in saying that? Thanks!

Excellent, thanks for the quick reply! I done a quick search but didn't turn up anything. Just wanted to be sure I didn't need a rail system up front or anything.
It slides like the bayonet just keep the legs forword and round notch on the folding mechanism to theback. Once on the lug all the way forward fold the legs tothe back. If you need photos I can email them to you
