Export from the US would be the first issue. Parts are controlled by ITAR, it would be necessary to use a licenced exporter who would need to apply for an export permit.
For the US exporter to get the necessary permit, you would have to obtain and submit documentation from the Cdn. Gov't.
Why not ask IRG. They would know if this is do-able.
