Now I have to get the damned folder off - screwed on tight! Yes, followed the advice on other threads... Even bought the Lee Valley monster screwdriver and used penetrating oil and still no joy. Argh.

I find with a little heat and a socet wrench with a long wratchet head on it will pop it off.
To bad alot of good people have been banned from this site as there postings seem quite informitave.
