After only 600 rounds, my CSA vz58 show his weaknesses!

Firing pin has a crack/notch

1-Is this a common issue with this firearm?
2-Are the 858 parts compatible with the csa ? Dlask sells some original part but im not sure they are all compatible.. what about the firing pin? ( i previously bought a trigger from them and it was not a good fit with the trigger pin / e clip and could not get a refund)
3-What are the common known weak parts of these firearm?

There is a different pin for .223 and 7.62. I wouldn't worry about that pin though. Looks like a minor imperfection.

The surplus vz58/858 pin should be the same if it’s x39. Maybe get a spare one and shoot this one til it dies.
FYI csa has a 5 year warranty and has good customer support. Email them direct and they will likely send you a new one.
Provide them photos and serial number.

I have heard of firing pins breaking, but that being said, I have owned almost a dozen of these rifles over the years and have shot thousands of rounds through them and have never broken a pin (or any other part for that matter). It also bears to mention that I have used both 7.62 and 5.56 VZ58's. I should have kept one or two of these guns as the price has gone through the roof for one lately.

Could try Dlask, ebay, VZ58rifle.com, zahal and possibly corwin arms.... ones that come to mind.

Breakage is very uncommon with CSA models.. and even more rare with CZs. It also appears that for the CSA guns, the .223 models are more likely to break. Other broken parts ive read about are the striker. The bolt group and most scary of them all.. the locking lugs on the receiver itself. Huge emphasis on RARE occurrences.
