If I was importing a crapload of semi-autos with even the slightest possibility of a Liberal government, I wouldn't be so quick to import anything either and lose a few hundred thousand along the way. But thats just how I look at it.

Although Marstar takes a few "hits" around here I can honestly say I've personally never been dissapointed when I've dealt with them. Further, some of the guns and accessories that John and his staff have been able to bring in, and at the prices that they do, I for one will not complain if I have to wait for a few extra weeks.
Marstar has never failed me! some guys should wear John's shoes for a while, Im sure they would #### up a lot more. after all how many times have we heard of him taking a vacation? the guy busts his ass bringing stuff in. cut him some slack eh!
Can't complain one bit about Marstar, always good service from them, and they bring in some of the cooler stuff we can get at reasonable prices.
Only thing is they know how to play you guys like a fiddle, look at all the hype and free advertising there getting... A whole tread on people waiting to get them.

Not really. They took too long. The Type 97 was preordered instead of the VZ-58. If they came in 6 months ago I would have bought one for sure. Now I'm seriously thinking I'll pass. We'll see when they come in , what price and if the Liberals lost.
From what I've read, Marstar has been raked over the coals a few times for pre-orders that get delayed much like the russian sks tread, nothing to complain about this way, just dont order till they are here.

I'll see when they come in about the price though.
Heres what Marstar said on Oct 12 in the M14 thread:
