Seeing how you don't seem to feel Badger is a decent shop to deal and also seeing that you seem to be disrubting many other threads in his forum this is my 2 cents.
Firstly I have been dealing with Armand for sometime now and all I have to say is he is an outstanding person to deal with and knows the name of the game. Seeing that closed thread and his admitting to the problem leaves me to believe that you are just out to complain. I work in for a John Deere dealership and have seen people that cannot and refuse to be please. You could hand them the world on a silver platter and that wouldn't be good enough. From a profesional standpoint and being in customer service I feel Armand handled this situation very profesionally.
Also to put other peoples minds at rest the few who have complained just can't be pleased and I dought they will be by anyone! I encourage anyone with reservations or who has dealt with Armand and his staff to continue to support him and his business. I know I will. If for some reason that something isn't handled to ones expectations I am very confident that Armand and his staff will handle it. It may put a sour taste in ones mouth to have a bad dealing but we are all human and should give one another a second chance. If you fall of the horse just get back on!
That concludes my rant. Before anyone says "oh someones on the payroll" I assure you I am not. I am just a very satisfied customer. Thank you.
