I ordered the new 50 rounds mag from Black Dog to install on my homemade Tommy gun 10/22. First, let me tell you that the service from Fabsport is excellent. I went on the website, clicked a couple of places, and I got an e-mail telling me they have received my order, and later the same day I have an e-mail from Canada post with a tracking #.
When I first built my Tommy kit I only oiled the walnut. The result was a dull woody stock. Yesterday I sanded all the wood, and I gavce it a clear coat of lacquer. The result is pretty good looking IMHO. I installe bthe bipod on it so it will be more comfy at the range, and I even installed the scope back on. Looks a bit ackward with the scope, but from a sitting position it is comfortable.
