Dont kid yourself... in Ontario they serve the CFO, an OPP sergeant, who has himself forgotten that he serves the public and believes his office is untouchable. If you disagree with this behavior, contact Doug Fords office and that of your MPP and demand the CFO provide more realistic service timelines.

How is it it takes one day, two days typically at the most, (speaking from the my experience in the last couple weeks of about 7 transfers) for the CFO in Alberta? And Ontario and Quebec you're waiting months?

Initiated a transfer yesterday, got approved today, also got the statt to take it to the post office for tomorrow. Coulda mailed it today but it was after 4pm and didn’t feel like rushing out the door

I just got off the phone with the CFO, and was informed that they're presently working on transfers from 21 March and forward. My transfer for a G48 was initiated 27 March, so she said it should be done by next week, ish. Not super confidence inspiring, and insane to me that it can take over two months to complete a transfer, but what can you do.
