Waiting since 25th for processing

Just received my order of Norc .45 today. Order was processed and shipped within a very short time. Thanks for the good service and great price....
 
before reading this thread i did have time to call and ask if they were just backed up or what was going on and they were very helpful, but since i had purchased it when the price was a bit higher and a day or two later they lowered it back down i asked if i would get the lower price since it still wasnt processed and they confirmed i would get the lower price but that's not what it says on my credit card. i'll give them another call though and i'm sure they'll be able to help out.

Could you plz check on my Order #: 3954457 ? It's been several days and the website still shows "hasn't been processed". Since I'm purchasing an restricted firearm, it will take some time to do the transfer. Thanks in advance!
