Waiting since 25th for processing

Yeah, I agree. I ordered on the 22nd and have not heard a peep except for the order confirmation email which states my order would be processed within 3 business days. I know your backed up or under staffed or whatever. But at the very least, a courtesy email would suffice. you guys don't have to remind me of the free shipping. The thing is lots of companies offer free shipping. Large warehouse companies in China with free shipping completes shipments before canada ammo even gets around to looking at your order. Sorry, just a fact. Someone has to simply walk out back, pick up my product, place it in a box, fill out a waybill and leave it for the delivery man... 5 minutes tops? Im starting to think CanadaAmmo is 2 guys working out of an apartment. Or perhaps they do not really have our items in stock and order it from some where else to them then to us.

Alright, I'm waiting on my order too.

For all those people that freak out about waiting, consider that they're busy because they're so popular. Plenty of other sponsers to get ammo from, just no free shipping.

I'll continue to make CanadaAmmo my first stop on ammo.

excellent first post. your really solidifying yourself as a contributing member of the community. If you think all that is involved in running a strictly online gun shop is taking a stroll into the warehouse and throwing stuff into boxes your grossly misinformed. speaking from personal experience of owning an online only business it is not as simple as some of the CGN community thinks. People must keep in mind most of the sponsors have brick and mortar shops that makes it much easier to automate online systems. Due to restrictions set out by processors and other key components to the business it makes it much harder for online only shops to operate

Every sponsor I am sure has had their own troubles keeping up with demand lately. Be patient, what you're buying and the price you are buying at are not found in your everyday storefront locations. These are boutique businesses which are usually owned and run by the same person and I would like to believe that for the most part they are doing their very best to keep up. Don't be an arse and start flaming them in open forums if you have been too lazy to even call them.
 
Oh I called last week. Mr.Monotone said we are backed up. No ETA, no apology. that was the conversation. I guess I came off a little rude in my post. The lack of customer service just left me a little bitter. My apologies.
 
I ordered a case of 223 and a couple mags, got it 2 weeks later with a bunch of extras.

Do you happen to have extra 2 mags in your package as mine was missing 2 ? :) CanAm is trying to sort thing out right now.

Maybe a couple pieces of paper and a toy pen isn't worth the wait, but the prices that are better than most of their competition AND free shipping are certainly worth the extra wait time. If you have a problem with waiting a little longer, buy your ammo else where, that is your right as the customer. I personally will take the savings of close to $100 on a case of Norinco 223 that you get from Canada Ammo over most of their competition.

Knowing that they take a little longer to ship than other places, you can always just place your order a little sooner to make sure that you don't run out before you get your new ammo... The good thing with Canada Ammo is that they seem to have a pretty good handle on what they have in stock and don't sell the same item twice. You will get your item, it just takes a little longer.
 
Their prices and free shipping cannot be beat. Free shipping is a huge plus when you live in Newfoundland. I may wait a little longer with Canadaammo, but that doesn't bother me in the least. I would much rather wait a little longer for good prices and free shipping than pay more and have it arrive sooner.

I think people need to cut Canadaammo some slack. They are a fine contributor to CGN and Canadian shooting sports as a whole.

Agreed. Besides if you're waiting on ammo in only ONE caliber, then you obviously need to buy more guns. That way if you have guns in five or six calibers you should have ammo left over for at least one or two to take to the range. See the logic there?
 
People, stop #####ing me out for "hating" on them, I just asked a question, I wasn't complaining, just inquiring and too busy during the day to call.
 
Everyone is experiencing the same wait times, I ordered on the 22nd and transfer was just initiated this evening.
Good things are usually worth the wait, be patient and hang in there.

Should they hire 10 more guys and raise their prices to cover it? Why don't you think ahead about what you will be needing two weeks before you need it, then you will get it 3 to 4 days earlier then you did this time! lol Quit whining about a two week max waiting time it isn't the end of the world.

Keep up the good deals CanAmmo I'm loving it! The two weeks or less wait is well worth it for the price, thumbs up!

You missed my point. I received an email stating my order would be processed within 3 business days. If that is not the case I should have been notified. I would have no complaints if the email would have said there is a two week wait for processing. Just let people know. I also did not like the fact that when I called in they could not give me an ETA or an apology. Common practice. But it is all good, now I know the deal. They just have to let people know themselves. I noticed after this thread was posted that they displayed a notice on the website. So I guess this thread got noticed and did some good. :) Now in the meantime they should change the auto reply email to 2 - 3 weeks instead of 3 days and you will get no more people on here complaining. simple.

I surprised they haven't done this earlier. This must be the 3rd or 4th thread within that last 30 days talking about slow processing.

I placed my order on January 20th, got the same email saying 3 - 4 days, called after 8 days and spoke to the guy there. He told me that they were behind on processing and shipping orders and that it would be a few more days to get it out to me. I got another email on January 31 saying that my order is shipped. In the mean time I sent Canada Ammo an email adding more items to my order and they got them shipped at the same time!

I have no issues with the wait time, the prices are great so I can't complain.

I also don't think that the OP had an issue with the wait time, I think he simply thinks that they should be letting us all know that there will be an extended wait time. I agree with this.
