Hi,

Just got myself a O/U and would love to try Trap/Skeet/Clays. Currently looking for a drop in option to try it out, are there any drop in trap/skeet in this area? I know Silverdale is one, but I hear it’s always packed so looking for more options.

Thanks!

If you make it south southern Ontario, The Windsor Sportsmans Club have public trap and skeet shooting. I'm not sure the cost per round because I'm a member.
Amherstburg is a private club with trap and 5 stand.

Also the Kent Cloverleaf Conservation club is open to non-members for trap and skeet.

Where abouts are you located? Oxford fish & game in Woodstock has walk on for non-members. 5 stand on Thursdays @ 1800h and trap on Sundays @ 1000h. $7.50 per round.

I'm not sure if Wilmot road & gun in Baden still does on Sundays or not. You'd have to contact them.

Oshawa certainly used to, and used to let PAL holders bring non-PAL-holding guests too. One of my favorite places to actually shoot trap.

Last I checked (2-3 years ago?) they were still allowing walk-ons, but they have to be PAL holders.

Yes, Wilmot still allows walk in for trap on Sunday mornings, starting at 9:30 am
