That alaskan looks like a pretty sweet deal. 350 for a 13 by 13 with a stove ring.
They seem to have the same design as the army artic tents. I spent a few cold winter nights sleeping like a log in those. A Coleman lantern and stove burning and you were very comfy in boxers and T-shirts outside your sleeping bag (when the "tactical situation" permitted it). IT's real easy to setup with 3 guys and this one seems affordable too
