Walther G-22: is it non-restricted?

This is quite a bit outside my normal firearms interests (old leverguns) and I'm confused as to what is prohibited, restricted, non-restricted when it comes to the location of the magazine on a .22 rimfire rifle. So ....... is the Walther G-22 non-restricted or not?
