Considering that the Hi-Point 995's were previously considered prohibited due to bullpup stocks and are now restricted (barrel length) it may or may not go through.

I have the non-restricted cert for mine. It's nice to know that they have zero clue what is going on and it makes me angry that they have never sent me anything indicating a change of status.
