Walther m4 colt replica in .22lr

Hey, does anyone know if these are being sold anywhere in Canada?
If so are they restricted? The are an exact m4/ AR copy right down to the bolt handle on the back, so I'm assuming that they probably would be. Anyone?

Ya ok figured as much... How nice, I love that I can take my Robinson XCR out coyote or gopher shooting no problem, and to the average joe , ( and that would include most police)it looks every bit as "scary or intimidating " as an AR , but a little rim fire .22 lr and its restricted... Not interested any longer!!
