Has anyone else experienced "out of stock" notice for free optic plates, but see plenty for sale at gun shops in Canada and the USA.? Looks like fraud being committed by Walther in my opinion. Get your free plate here, sorry all out of free plates but our customer at this store can sell you one. I complained to Walther USA about this they forwarded complaint to Gravel Agency, whom tried to tell me that it takes a while to get the plates and screws and package put together??? Basic store keeping Minimim stock levels maximum stock levels. When your close to min you order more when close to max stop ordering. Poor customer service by Walther and there rep Gravel Agency.

There is a forum on this topic that was started last year when the PDP was first released.

Gravel gets their product from the US. Initially when the PDP was introduced last year they had supply and demand issue. They also had issues with the screws that came with the #2 plate for Trijicon as they were too long for a Holosun optic. That was all sorted out.

I just checked their site and they are out of stock on a couple of their plates . You get one free plate and then any additional ones will run you around 100.00. Dealers have purchased these in advance anticipating people may change their optics. Its unfortunate that your plate is out of stock but I don't see it as a Fraud.

My dealings with Gravels customer service in regards to my PDP have been exceptional. I have had several questions detailed questions that they went above and beyond on. I have ordered additional items from them without and issue including ones on back order.

When you say its free just apply and you do that. And then get told well we are out of free ones but you see the company that makes them for walther selling them and announcing " back in stock" while walher or Gravel tell customers no stock no idea when we will have them? GlD your experience was good for you. Section 380(1) of the Criminal Code uses a two-part definition to describe fraud: 1) a prohibited act of “deceit, falsehood or other fraudulent means;” and 2) that this act deprives the public or specific person of “any property, money or valuable security, or any service.”Jul 21, 2021
