walther p99 ccw

i have my heart set on a walther p99 in 40 s&w 2 tone i really like the look of the 2 tone but could only find a new one in 9mm i'm just wondering would this really effect stopping power would using higher grain hollow points even out the 2 different rounds??

Call P&D and get some of their 9mm +p+ 115 grain JHP rounds. That should roughly equal or exceed many of .40 rounds.

For pure stopping power, go with higher velocity rather than higher weight.

Simple rules for stopping power:

1. one hole is better than none.
2. Bigger holes are better than smaller holes.
3. Several holes are better than one hole.
