Walther P99 QA 40 S&W Magazine Base Plates

hi guys,

i am looking for a base plate for my walther P99 QA in 40 S&W. they are notorious for breaking. the mags are made by mec-gar, i'ved phoned them numerous times and they haven't picked up. anyone knows who carries em? i saw a thread the other day about getting aluminum ones made but it seems to have disappeared.

I doubt anyone will have them in stock. Perhaps try a Walther dealer to see if they can be ordered. I know a friend got some Walther parts from airgunsonly. In the end you're probably better off just buying a new magazine.

My black-annodized aluminum mag bases are due to arrive here in Mtl by the end of the week. As you prolly know, I blew out 4 bases in one PPC course. I'll post pics as soon as they're in......
