YES!! Sadly, I would assume that the tooling is long gone and that even if it did still exist would not bother to redesign to closed bolt semi only for such a small market. Sell it with an 18.5” non-restricted but with restricted barrel as an option.

We just received a massive shipment from Walther which will fill a lot of the stores orders and back orders.

Unfortunately not all of Walthers line up is available to us up here due to barrel length, mag capacity etc.
