Walther PPQ Navy

He must not have looked very hard. Jason called me back this afternoon and said they had three extra mags and added them to my order for $69 each. Ouch! Oh well. I was going to buy them from Northern Republic Magazine. They have them in stock for $64.99 plus shipping.

Not happy.....

yes, those are P99 (not ppq) mags, I bought those when I had the PPQ but never used them...sold the gun shortly after.

Thanks for the info. Wolverine has PPQ mags for $62 each:eek: so im trying to source something a little cheaper.

For those who are curious, if you want to be a classy gentleman like I, the PPQ will fit in a Tagua gunleather P226 holster.

Took it to the range this morning, was shooting it alongside my Glocks. I love this thing! Beautiful trigger, flawless function and I'm really digging the night sights! The mag release is great but will take a little getting use to, I find myself using my trigger finger to release the mag, which feels surprisingly natural. Sorry for the crappy cell pic, ill take better ones soon.

Well it was delivered by good ole Canada post today.

WOW....the trigger is amazing. Great feel to it with the installed back strap. Did a quick cleaning and the worksmanship is top notch right down to the case and detailed in colour manual.

Very impressed. Cant wait to take it out to the range. Very happy I made this purchase. I think this is going to be my new "shooter"

oh...does the Ont CFO give STATT's while you are waiting for your new LTATT?

big question; is the gun snappy? found that the muzzle would snap up hard and fast on the P99 I had. was shooting 2 models of Beretta (92fs and an M9) got the P99 and found it really hard to keep the front sight down. not that it was impossible, but it made accurate follow up shots a tad slower.

I had the ppq and yes, it is considerably snappier than all my other handguns. I don't own the ppq anymore but did not sell because of that, just because could not get over the threaded barrel...

It's snappier vs. other polymer guns like HK or Glock of the same size. Tends to be more accurate however.

The gun looks great if you put in a 107mm barrel from a P99 in it.
