Wanstall Service

I find it convenient to park in the parking lot in front of the hardware store (Rona?) on 223 street. It's just around the corner.

Every time I've been there, I've gotten a parking spot right outside the front door. Once my GF was driving though, and it took at least 5, maybe 10 minutes, for her to parallel park, much to the amusement of some workers on the sidewalk.
 
The great thing about them is that they have amazing customer service across phone, internet, and in person. Never been to any store with that great a service before, never mind just a gun store. Always have gotten a reply email within 20 to 30 minutes (during store hours obviously), and best of all they've never tried to talk bs to me and sell me something more expensive. Last time I was there in store, had been convinced that I had to pick up a shotty over emails, and the employee (I feel bad that I can't remember his name at the moment) that had been emailing back and forth actually came up from downstairs to shake my hand and say hi. He wanted to make sure everything went along smoothly and I was a happy customer. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Wanstalls are A-Holes!!! Don't ever go there! J/K

.....The only thing I hate about going there is that it's usually busy.

Great bunch of guys and very fair prices.
 
There are some gun stores in the Vancouver area who could seriously learn a thing or two about courteous, friendly service from Wanstalls.
 
There is plenty of free parking along the streets, even during rush hour.

I love their online STATT check.
 
Pretty much the only thing that drives me to buy elsewhere is when I notice a big price difference for the same product at another establishment. If price matching were an option it would always sway me to buy wanstalls because of the great customer service.
 
Last time I inquire about a big price diff Gary told me they bought theirs in early when price was high; then offer a fair price. Did you ask NICELY?

I recently purchased a firearm from Wanstalls. While their price was higher than their competitors, I gave Wanstalls my money anyways because they've been pretty helpful over e-mail. To me, this is an indicator that they should be helpful too if i experience any issues with my purchase.

I was not aware they do price match, I'll ask about it next time.
 
Well I am one extremely happy customer, I talked to Gary today and told him a competitors price+tax+shipping quote and he not only matched it for the scope I bought but when I got the invoice he had beat the competitors quote by a few dollars. Definitely a customer for life if this norm keeps up.
 
^....well I don't know about that. Anytime I drop in the staff was hoping I brought a coffee to wake Gary up sleeping down stairs. Great team. Lol.
 
Gary at Wanstalls price matched for me the best he could . I was more than happy to pay a little bit more for excellent customer service . Keep up the good work and thank you very much Gary .
