First off I want to commend Wanstalls for their excellent customer service. Just like many of you, I was on a waiting list for the Ruger SR1911 for a short period of time. Gary contacted me when one was available. This was the first item I have purchased from them and had to give them all my shipping, RPAL and club information. For whatever reason, only part of my shipping address was recorded and the Ruger was shipped back to Wanstalls. They contacted me right away to get the complete address and shipped it back out the same day. Normally I would ask for some sort of compensation for the mix up, but I didn't say anything because it very well could have been my fault for not giving them my full address(very unlikely) Anyway I ordered 1 extra Wilson combat magazine and when I opened up The box to my surprise there were 2 Wilson mags and a Wanstalls mouse pad
Its not very often companies go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. Especially when I didn't ask for anything in return for the mix up. Great job guys! You will be seeing more of my business.
