We're pleased to announce that our project with Yildiz Shotguns for a 12" side-by-side has finally landed! These were built to spec off of the Elegant A3T sporting shotguns, chosen for their extremely fast trigger and selectable 3" chambers, based on feedback we received from local BC shooters that were looking for a high-quality, modern, reliable alternative to the cheap short barreled shotguns floating around for the last little while. We have a number of guides, hunters, surveyors, and trappers looking for a quick and handy 12GA that could be depended on -- so we found the right gun for them. We specced out a 12" shotgun with all the modern fixings of a hunter's shotgun, from compressible rubber full-length buttpad to slim-line forestock, built from 4140 steel for excellent weather-resistance and durability under high power 12GA abuse. We wanted a fast gold bead for pointability and high grade wood for a classic, timeless look. The result is the Tombstone.

But you didn't come here just to find out what we're up to -- you want the gun ####!

If you need one for camp duties, farm duties, or range duties, the new Wanstalls-exclusive Tombstone by Yildiz is available now in limited numbers: only 25 are available!

Very nice...perhaps a bit too nice for a shottie that will get banged around. If there's a plain Jane model in the $500 price range I'm in!?

*edit* I'd prefer double triggers to a select fire as well. Wanstalls have you got a recommendation? PM me?

Played with it in store a few days ago, wish I wasn't budgeting for a new motorcycle.

So bloody nice!

Wanstalls, you guys should try and make sure the barrels on your short projects are minimum of 305mm in length for people here in BC who might want to hunt with them or have them around during hunting season.

12 inches is just a hair under 305mm and so according to BC hunting regulations not permissible for hunting.

Love it but not a big fan of the duck engraving on the side.
Would have lived to see a stage coach or sheriff's badge

True, I guess it's a re-purposed model but I agree.
Maybe it's the "Duck of Death" model.... :)

304.8 rounds to 305. These should be fine.

I didn't know they rounded up.... Is this an assumption or based on experience?

I believe it reads something like min length is 305mm. It would be better if it was a hair longer...

Just looking at that gun a little more barrel wouldn't hurt the look or the handling.
