I really see no reason for anyone to blame the buyers. I liked the commemt earlier about removing the favt this was a presale on a firearm.

Imagine if this was a Best Buy presale on the iPhone X... would people still defend Best Buy?
 
heck, Wanstall was pushing scope for the rifle if I recall.

I considered buying one, glad I held off. That said, I see absolutely nothing wrong with purchasing accessories/upgrades for twice-guaranteed firearms, in advance of their arrival. Accessorizing in anticipation of a new gun's arrival is half of the anticipatory fun for me, and I have never had a problem in the past. The M10X Pre-Sale screw-up by Wanstells and M+M sets a new standard for customer disservice and dissatisfaction. Which is a real shame, given Wanstalls' otherwise excellent reputation. Hopefully they have learned a lesson and can move forward from here.

And you went out and bought some iPhone X accessories to boot, well that's your fault too apparently according to some people on here.

Just close it, there's nothing left to say, everyone has blamed who they think are at fault, everyone has stated their opinion, that's why it's degrading to name calling.
Nothing will be solved and nothing will change, Wanstalls made a mistake, M+M are douchbags, we all already knew NS doesn't stand behind what they sell and the presale guys need to move on and accept they either have to pay more for the M10x or buy something else.
 
He didnt say it was someone else's fault, he said it was Wanstalls fault.

And there's nothing wrong with buying parts and accessories prior to arrival, heck, Wanstall was pushing scope for the rifle if I recall.

Whole bunch of us bought t81 bayo months in advance before the ship hit the shore , let alone clear custom.

Just seems extremely immature to buy accessories for something you don't have, especially if it's useless to you on its own.

Why not close down half the threads on CGN? Its a discussion forum. You dont have to read this thread.
