Yeah if money isn't eventually refunded if they do not come in I will 100% never shop there again. I know many others that are waiting to see how this is handled also and will do the same.

I am especially if you can order one from Cabelas now for a mere $10.00 more and if you do it between xmas and new year likely throw in free shipping.

I truly question the integrity of a Business that will not refund a deposit under these circumstances . Okay so you put a deposit down on a so called “pre-order” with a expected delivery date . Pretty simple , if the Firearm is not delivered by the estimated Delivery Date the consumer has the ability to have 100% of deposit refunded ( not in store credit).
Not to mention these Rugers are popping up all over for sale , yet the folks that are waiting for pre-orders are still waiting . It’s complete and utter nonsense.

Unfortunately they are not required by law to refund your money. It would just be the right thing to do. It's their business. Like I said if they do not then myself along with many of my friends will not shop there again.
 
Everyone calm down, breath, relax.

We have been here since 1973 and you don't last that long by taking advantage of your customers.

I will speak with ownership today, get the story and we will come up with a solution that will make everyone happy.

Alrighty,

We will be contacting everyone with a pre-order and giving them a couple options to try to remedy the situation and make our customers happy.

If you would like to get ahead of the game feel free to call in and ask for Gary and he will take care of you starting tomorrow.

We apologize too everyone who is frustrated, we will always strive to make our customers happy and will continue to support our community in the best ways we know how.
