I just want to say that Gary at Wanstalls has been helping me with some price quotes on some Steyr and Sako products.

He has been amazing and answered all my questions promptly and politely (even if I have made things difficult, lol).

Thanks Gary and thanks Wanstalls. I will be shopping through your online store for years to come.
 
Low expectations

Are things getting so bad in the firearms industry now that we are beside ourselves when a dealer answers questions and is polite ? I would think this is the bare minimum we would expect. Are dealers getting that bad out there ?
 
Gary and everyone else there has always been amazing in helping me out.

They don't try and force a sale on you, but they will do a damn good job finding something you love and don't want to leave without!

There's a couple stores around that I find have really good service. Many who do not.

But i have to admit the boys at Wanstalls have been so ridiculously fun to deal with that i find myself just wanting to stop in to say hi and chat as I drive by.

I don't - because they always have some damn new thing that i manage to talk myself into and I've got to start saving up for other things. Like food. :D
 
Yes I have bought a few things from there and he was great every time. Also helped me with finding and 1911 OD.

Will deal with again and recommend

I'm not sure where you shop but customer service and people being nice to others doesn't happen that much anymore. I'm young, I don't remember the good old days.
 
I have to agree I just did business with this company for the first time buying accssories for my su 16, the delivery time was awesome, price was fair and they even added a Wanstalls mouse pad for free which was a nice surprise.
 
I'm making a celebratory "post registry" purchase there tomorrow. Where else would I go? Every staff member is great there. This will be my fourth gun purchase from Wanstalls. It'll be smooth. They rock!

Absolutely amazing service as well

I was just there today for the first time ever... I cant believe the customer service i was absolutely impressed ... i got myself some hard cast brenneke 12 gauge slugs for campin this year and also got a free Wanstalls mouse pad :rockOn:... and again ... amazing service ... When i get paid im heading back TAKE MY MONEY!!!.
 
I was in there twice today. Great deal on 1000 rounds of 9mm, and needed some targets. Cycled through 250 rounds at the range and came back to restock on targets. Great customer service.
 
I celebrated today by going to Wanstalls and buying an SKS. My first non registry purchase. Next step, Cosmoline removal and then off to Poco to give it a short run. I got helpful corrosive ammo advice today but I'm going non corrosive for a while.
My next purchase there will most likely be a laser for my 1911.

They are a great bunch of people. I've bought 2 handguns, a 30-06, a shotgun for myself and an air rifle for my grandson.
They get quite busy at times but they don't brush you off like I have been at a store in Surrey on 104th (that shall remain nameless) .

X2 on that! I have 2 mouse pads and counting. My wife has one at work. I.T. will never be the same.....
