BUT, if the rifle ends up restricted I expect a full refund would be in order, because you're advertising it as non-restricted.

That would be a bait and switch otherwise - goods not as advertised

And how would it be deemed restricted???

Not an AR15, not a named restricted, centerfire with a long enough barrel and long enough overall length.

I'm wanting clarification on the terms of a sales contract, not to get into a discussion on the inconsistencies in firearms classification.
