ok, i HATE the sights that are on the (new) Norc 1911 Commander. they're big and blocky 3-dot sights. i wanna rip them off and put on some low-profile (preferably fixed) sights, low cost, nothing fancy. i don't need dots or anything - plain black fixed blade & notch is enough since i want it to be more "combat" than "target" in function.
what can i buy and from where? ya, there's Brownell's but for low-cost sights the S&H will probably be silly and not worthwhile.
if there's nothing, i might ditch the Norc and buy something else, cuz i can't stand those sights.
