Want to buy Benelli

only waterfowl production area's and refuges are protected by the US federal government as far as no lead. states have their option of regulation beyond that, they are posted areas,
heres your link to the map

1duckslayer, how about you do your research.
also, on the topic of the semi's shooters aiming, yes a shooter, who is firing 3 rounds, is definitely going to aim those 3. when you shoot 10 or 12 in the same time that someone shoots 3, you think that those shots are aimed? give your head a shake, that comment was pointed directly at the americans, who i see every year.

also if you delve even further into regulation, snow geese are barely protected at all by waterfowl regulation because it has been deemed that the flocks are getting too large, and they are literally destroying their own habitats. magazine restrictions are completely lifted in most states that do require them for every other waterfowl bird.

Most people hunt other birds besides snow geese, in which you are limited to three lead free rounds in your gun, so your argument while valid is simply an argument for the sake of arguing. The vast majority of waterfowl hunters use semi-autos for hunting, nothing wrong with a pump gun but like most things in life we have evolved past using a pump gun for waterfowl. The OP wants a semi-auto and he wants the best, telling him to buy a pump gun is about as useful as pissing into the wind.....

Why are you spewing your BS on this post? Your comments have nothing to do with the original post, nobody gives two $#!TS that you think pump guns are the greatest. The guy wants a semi, don't derail his thread with your useless drivel.

And to touch base on your non toxic argument and your website posted, I'll quote the first bit of info....

(USA: Ammunition other than lead required for waterfowl AND when hunting with a shotgun (not including slugs) on wildlife refuges and waterfowl production areas)

Not sure what you don't understand about that, those wildlife refuges and waterfowl production areas are requiring hunters to use steel for upland hunting as well

I shoot both a love the semi for the recoil
Pumps kick harder them semis
Easier to get on the next target with less recoil
I still like my pumps

Ya don't think its me that needs to get my facts straight. Enough has been said that I don't even need to justify with a response...........wow some peoples kids..........haha

i hunt everything, and am still wondering why people in canada want semi shotguns.... i guarantee you go goose hunting or duck hunting, and ill pump and shoot just as fast or faster than you can shoot off a semi. it changes everything in the usa when you can do tube extensions and shoot lead at waterfowl, but when your window is as short as it is with non-toxic shot, and mag restrictions, i don't see the point in spending the money on a semi thats way more likely to freeze up and have malfunctions in comparison to a pump

Where in the US can you shoot lead shot at waterfowl? And use mag extensions other than the odd snow goose season.

EDIT...sorry, I should have read the entire thread before posting. I see everyone seems to think Pringlechips is out to lunch.

PS..what are speed loaders for shotguns??? LOL.
