I am a little torn... I am looking at getting a Ruger 10/22, but I have seen 3 (plus a TC) that I like, but are all completely different.
1 - Ruger 10/22 International Stainless (full mannlicher style stock) - $465
2 - Ruger 10/22 Target (laminate stock and 0.920" forged barrel) - $429
3 - Ruger 10/22 Standard (Hogue stock, Butler Creek taper carbon fibre barrel with iron sights) - $529
(Lastly, I just saw the TC R55, seems pretty slick - $545)
Now, I wanted to stick with the Ruger as there are SO many parts, clips, etc. available, I could do anything with it. However, I do want it to perform reasonabley well for target shooting.
I have also seen on here that many of you buy the basic and pretty much throw everything but the action away...
