Many smiths can do that job, it's not difficult at all, normally about $75 IIRC
whereabouts in Canada are you?

Pretty sure D. Henry can do that job without any issues at all, as can Dennis Sorrenson ( Guntech on here)
Reliable Guns as well, and there are several in Calgary, the names escape me however.
