WANTED!! A real welding artist!

To all of you, thank you for your input. I've got a whack of information to digest and some calls to make. I'd love to see these parts useable again and maybe incorporated into my own Mod.100.

Highly unlikely. I don't see any signs of over pressure though of course micro fractures wouldn't be visible to the naked eye. The gentleman who sold me the rifle told me that it was butchered by a ham-fisted amateur who THOUGHT he knew what he was doing. From what I've seen thus far, the evidence would suggest exactly that.
