Probably just wants new toys just because he can lol. I'd love a dragunov to bad they look like evil AK snipers.
Someone should send the lab an svt-40 along with an AK bolt to compare with an dragunov and an ak47. Its more of an svt-40 with a rotaying bolt and scope, 90% svt, 10% ak. I guess i can keep dreaming of my 1500-1750$ norinco type 79 or even beter surplus russian SVDs.

Haven't seen it on display at Target in a while, but when I did see it there it had a price tag on it, big one but it was priced to sell
